I am the Chief Cultivator of what we hope is the most spirited and most effective little company around. Our mission is to help only cool clients, who are as passionate as we are, to increase their revenues. We speak at keynote and breakout events, we deliver 1/2 day to 3 day training workshops and we consult.

In the process of increasing revenues we show (not tell) our clients how to impact at such a high level that their competition won't be able to match their selling and service abilities EVER. We do this by producing tactical plans and scoreboards that target 6 simultaneous levels at the same time. They are: employees, clients and potential clients, vendor partners, brand people, lenders and the community. By separating from the rest of the pack in all of these areas gives my client the ability to drive a unique sales and service culture that crushes the commodities driven cultures of their competition. Everyone involved with my client on those 6 levels wins and when that happens the competition's employees and their customers want to now associate with my client. We don't fight fair and we fight to win.....permanently.
